Previous Sender Email: noreply@woo.network
The new email address will be used for the following notifications:
- Login Verification Codes: When you log in to your WOO X account, verification codes will be sent to your registered email address from
noreply@woox.network. - Liquidation Notifications: If your position is liquidated, the corresponding liquidation notification will also be sent from
noreply@woox.network.
What Should Users Do?
- Please be aware of the updated sender email address.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folders if you cannot find an expected verification code or notification.
- To avoid missing important account-related emails, consider adding
noreply@woox.networkto your email contacts or safe sender list. - Always verify that the sender address matches the official address above before interacting with an email.
Please Note: This update only affects the email sender address. It does not affect your WOO X account, login credentials, registered email address, or trading activities.
