Following an assessment, it was identified that certain accounts primarily engage in asset transfer activities, leading to increased infrastructure, operational, and risk management costs. To ensure continued service quality and system stability, fund management fees will be applied to accounts that meet the following criteria:
Applicable Conditions
Within any consecutive six-month period:
Cumulative spot trading volume is less than USDT 3,000,000, and
Cumulative deposit and withdrawal volume exceeds USDT 50,000,000
Charging Method
Fee Rate: 8 bps (0.08%)
Charging Basis: Calculated based on the cumulative deposit amount from starting date
Effective Date: March 30, 2026
