What’s happening?
WOO X users may experience login issues when trying to sign in with a One-Time Password (OTP) while using Safari in Private browsing mode. This is due to how Safari restricts certain features — such as storage and device identification — when private mode is enabled.
WOO X uses a secure device ID to help verify your identity during the OTP login process. In Safari’s private mode, the browser may block this identification, which can prevent a successful login.
How to fix it?
To avoid login issues:
- Use Safari in regular (non-private) browsing mode.
- Or, use another browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge — all of which fully support OTP login in normal and private modes.
