You may receive a KYC renewal request in two cases:
Routine verification check: Our system identified that your previously submitted ID document has expired during regular security reviews.
Account update request: When you request to change any account information, we may ask you to verify account ownership by submitting a selfie with your ID. In some cases, this process may also reveal that your previously submitted ID has expired, requiring you to upload a new valid document.
For security and compliance reasons, all users are required to keep their verification information valid and up to date. This ensures your account remains safe and compliant with regulatory standards.
To renew your KYC, you will receive an email containing a secure link from our trusted third-party verification partner Sumsub, where you can upload your new valid document. Once submitted, our team will review it as soon as possible and update your verification status.
