WOO X will discontinue the PURSE (Floor Protocol) withdrawal service on February 26, 2026, at 2:00 AM (UTC).
After this date:
The PURSE wallet will be fully delisted from WOO X.
UI-based withdrawals will no longer be available.
Users who continue to hold PURSE will still be able to request manual withdrawal support via email, subject to verification.
Manual Withdrawal Request Requirements
To request a manual withdrawal, users must:
Send the request from the email address registered on WOO X.
Complete ownership verification by providing:
A selfie holding a valid ID.
A handwritten note stating the withdrawal request and the date.
Provide the destination wallet address for receiving PURSE.
Supported Networks
Manual withdrawals will be supported on the following networks only:
Ethereum (ERC20)
BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
Fees
A manual withdrawal fee equivalent to 10 USDT will be charged per request.
The final fee is subject to change based on the network fee at the time of processing.
Disclaimer
If a user’s PURSE balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal requirement (including the applicable withdrawal fee), WOO X will be unable to process the withdrawal request.
This limitation is due to technical, operational, and network constraints, including but not limited to blockchain transaction costs. In such cases, WOO X shall not be responsible or liable for the inability to complete the withdrawal.
Processing Time
Manual withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 days after all required information and verification documents are successfully received.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount must be sufficient to cover the applicable withdrawal fee. Requests that do not meet this requirement will not be processed.
Please ensure that all required information is provided accurately to avoid processing delays.
