Important Reminders:
- Pending Orders:
By default, pending orders (including both normal and algo orders) will remain active during the maintenance. However, users who opt in via the Cancel Open Orders During System Upgrade setting will have their open orders automatically canceled before the maintenance begins. For full instructions, please refer to our support article.
- System Access:
During the upgrade, all WOO X services will be temporarily suspended, including access to the platform and all trading functions (spot, futures, and social trading).
- We recommend reviewing & adjusting trading strategies before maintenance to manage potential risks.
