Due to an upgrade in wallet service, WOO X deposit addresses for ADA, HBAR, XLM, TON, USDT (TON network) and HMSTR (TON network) will be changed on June 26, 2025, at 03:00 AM UTC.
To ensure tokens are correctly deposited, users must obtain a new deposit wallet address after the migration. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to improve wallet infrastructure and efficiency at WOO X.
Please note:
- Your current balance will not be impacted.
- To obtain the new deposit address, go to Wallet > choose the token you want to deposit > click the Deposit button
- We strongly recommend removing your old deposit address from any whitelisted address list.
- Deposits made during the maintenance window will be credited as usual.
- Depositing these tokens to the old deposit address before September 26, 2025 00:00 AM UTC will be treated as a token retrieval with zero fee.
- After 3 months, the old deposit address will no longer work. Using the old wallet address after September 26, 2025, will result in the permanent loss of funds. WOO X will not be liable for token retrieval or asset loss in this case.
- Should you wish to retrieve your token, please submit a request to our Support Center.
