Global PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice is effective as of 31 July 2025, and explains how Wootech Limited Corp, a company incorporated under the laws of Panama (“we”, “us”, “our”, “WOO”) collects, uses, processes, discloses, shares, transfers, and protects personal information of users (“you” or “users”) of our plaform [https://woox.io/] (“WOO X” or “Platform”) obtained through us and our partners when we provide you with our services (“Services”). This Privacy Notice also describes how we comply with our legal obligations to you, and how we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data.

By using WOO X, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any aspect of this Policy Notice, you should immediately discontinue use of WOO X. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically as it may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Section entitled “Changes to This Privacy Notice” of this document.

We are aware of our responsibilities to handle your personal data with care, to keep it secure, and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including where relevant Law 81 of March 26, 2019, on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations, the Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021 (the "Data Protection Law"), and any other applicable law.

This Privacy Notice serves as the main source of information about your privacy. However, we may share more details on some aspects of specific cases in separate notices.

WOOTECH Limited Corp is a controller of your personal data and uses it as you use WOO X or otherwise interact with WOO. WOO collects and uses information about you based on contractual necessity to offer you services or legitimate interest to run its AML program, marketing initiatives, or to defend against claims.

Changes to This Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Notice at any time and from time to time without prior notice. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Notice on the Platform and update the “effective date” referenced at the beginning of this Privacy Notice. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Notice, we will notify you through a prominent notice on our Platform, by sending you an email to the last email address you provided to us, or through other appropriate communication channels.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to this Privacy Notice will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Notice to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. If you do not agree with any changes to this Privacy Notice, you must discontinue using our Platform.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Notice on the Platform. These changes will apply to all information we have about you, as well as any information we may receive in the future.

The controller of your personal data is WOOTECH Limited, a company incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“WOO”). It means that WOO makes decisions about what information about you is collected and how it is used.

We may collect information of various types from and about users of our Services (some of which is regarded as “personal information” under applicable law), including:

• Identifiers such as name, display name, nationality, username, date and place of birth,  ID number, occupation, residential address,, email address, telephone number, country or residency, or any other information that the Services collect and/or which applicable law may consider personally identifiable, personal information, personal data, and other such designations.

• Information about the devices you use to access the Services;

• Information about your cryptocurrency wallet, transaction history, trading data, and associated fees paid;

• Information about the transactions you make on or through the Services, such as the type of transaction, transaction amount, transaction signatures and timestamps;

• Your activity on the Services, including your orders and any information contained in them;

• We collect information on links you interact with across our Services, including in our emails sent to you;

• Information about your social media accounts, including username and profile information (if you share them with us);

• Third party single sign-in information (if used to access the Services);

• Your IP address and other unique identifiers;

• Your device characteristics and functionality (including information about your operating system, hardware, mobile network, internet connection and provider, and browser);

• Referring and exit web pages and URLs;

• Your browsing history, including the areas within our Services that you visit and your activities there, including remembering you and your preferences;

• Your device location and other data (including the time of your visit in our Services) or other geolocation information.”

WOO uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Decide if we will provide you with our Services. Due to local legal requirements, we have a list of unsupported countries, where we do not provide all or some of our Services. We verify your country of residence to avoid serving you some of our Services if you are in such an unsupported country. Our legitimate interest here is our right to decide where we offer our services.

• Direct marketing via emails and pop-up messages if you decide to subscribe. Our legal basis is your consent.

• Providing services of our centralised exchange (WOO X). Our legal base is a contractual necessity as we need your personal data to provide our services to you.

• Running our AML program. We do it on the grounds of legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest here is counteracting illicit activities, especially money laundering, terrorism financing, breaching sanctions and committing fraud. Within the AML program we may inter alia:

  • Perform the Know Your Customer (KYC) process which is an identity verification procedure,

  • Monitor your transactions, and/or

  • Cross-check you with sanction lists.

• Monitoring usage of the WOO X, including our website, on the ground of legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is the improvement of WOO X through the assessment of collected information. Some of the information we do collect from your device, i.e. through cookies, for more details please reach out to our Cookie Policy.

• Ensuring the security of WOO, mainly by performing automated and manual security checks; doing backups of data etc. We do it on the ground of legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest here is the integrity of data and continuity of services.

• Address any complaints or other communication from you to us. We do it on the ground of legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest here is addressing any communication from users.

In majority of cases we collect personal data directly from you. However, we may collect your personal data from other sources as well in following cases:

• AML program - our source will be there data bases run by third parties or governmental agencies i.e. PEP (Politically Exposed Person) database, sanction lists etc.
• When you decide to connect third party solutions with your account we may get some of your personal data from that source, for example, when you register via Google or Apple.

WOO stores your personal data for a period which is related to how you interact with us. Our general periods for storing data are:

• Direct Marketing data: retained for up to 1 year after your last interaction, unless you withdraw consent earlier.

• Transactional Data: 10 years for all transactional data, since such transaction was made.

• AML/KYC data: 5 years for AML data since you end your relationship with us.

• Other account-related data: 10 years for other data, from the moment you closed your account on WOO X; where necessary for legal defense, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Under the applicable legislation, you have the following rights in relation with us, concerning your personal data. However, applicability of each of these rights depends on the  circumstances of our relationship.

• withdraw consent - whenever we ask for your consent to process your personal data, you may opt out. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

• access your personal data and receive a copy of it - you are entitled to demand from us detailed information about what personal data we process as well as other information.

• rectify (amend) your personal data - you can execute this right whenever your personal data are inaccurate

• have the processing of your personal data restricted - in specific scenarios you may demand from us to restrict further processing

• erasure of your personal data

• object to the processing of your personal data (for processing based on legitimate interest),

• data portability - you may demand from us to provide you with a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format or to transfer that data to another company. This right is restricted to specific scenarios under the law

• to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (privacy regulator) - you are entitled to lodge complaint to the relevant regulatory body, which is competent for your complaint based on the country you live in.

We will respond to all legitimate requests within ten (10) days from the date of submission. For requests to modify data, we will process these within five (5) business days.

We may share your personal information with third parties and service providers in the following circumstances:

• With our affiliated companies and subsidiaries who assist in operating WOO X and providing services to you, subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Notice. These affiliates may be located in jurisdictions outside Panama.

• With third-party service providers who help us operate, maintain, and enhance WOO X, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, analytics services, and customer support services. These service providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it for the specific services they provide to us.

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process, including to respond to court orders, subpoenas, or government requests. We may also share information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or enforce our platform’s terms of service.

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar corporate event. If we are involved in such a transaction, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on WOO X of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any third parties who receive your information are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information in countries other than Panama. This includes processing of your personal data by WOO in various countries, including Poland, Taiwan, Japan and the United States. By using WOO X, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information during international transfers, including encryption of data in transit and storage. Where we engage third-party service providers who may access your personal information from other countries, we require them to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required under applicable data protection laws.

WOO X is not directed to, designed for, or intentionally targeted at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use or provide any information on WOO X, register an account, make any predictions, or engage in any transactions.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as soon as possible. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at support@woo.network.

Parents and legal guardians who believe their child has submitted personal information to WOO X without their consent should contact us to request the deletion of that information. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and/or legal guardianship to process such requests.

In order to utilise our services, you have to provide your personal data with us. This is necessary under the contract, but there is no statutory obligation to do so.

If you refuse to provide data or provide inaccurate data you will not be able to use our services at all or will be granted access only to limited features of WOO X.

You may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition concerning their personal data, as well as request the revocation of their consent, by sending a request to us via email at support@woo.network, providing your full name and address or any other data or document that allows their identification, including a legal document proving ownership, as well as the purpose of their request and/or procedure to be carried out. If the person submitting the request is the parent, mother, or guardian of the personal data owner, they must be accompanied by the minor's birth certificate and/or a legal document proving guardianship. The official identifications accepted by us are; valid Passport, Personal Identity Card, Driver's License, valid immigration document issued by the competent authority. 

We will endeavour to respond to your inquiries within ten (10) days of receipt.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall limit your rights under the Data Protection Law, including your right to file complaints with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) for matters related to personal data protection. However, disputes arising from other contractual matters shall be resolved in accordance with our terms of service as set out on our website.

• Taiwan - there is no adequacy decision for this country, hence we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard.
• Japan - for this country European Commission issued adequacy decision.
• The United States - for this country European Commission issued adequacy decision  we use processors which are listed in EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
