System Upgrade and Update Report - May 17, 2021

Dear Traders,

 

WOO X will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled system upgrade.  

Upgrade Time: 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM on May 17, 2021 (UTC)

The features to be upgraded include:

  • Trading

  1. Issues that caused the incorrect Unreal P&L value

  2. Add Stop-Loss and Take-Profit Orders

  3. Optimize the numerical accuracy of Ask/Bid orders

  4. Add the function of placing Ask/Bid/Market orders based on the amount

  5. Problems that caused the pending orders to display incompletely

  6. Optimize the real-time display of the current price in the K-line

  7. Clicking the symbol in Portfolio switches to the selected trading pair

  8. Disable MKT Close All button displays when there’s no open position in Portfolio

  9. Add Markets page for tracking the real-time changes of all trading pairs

  •  Security 

  1. Added the Anti-Phishing Code to emails related to the Trading Password

  2. Add Withdrawal Password function

  3. 2FA is mandatory for withdrawal

Please be prepared in advance, e.g. canceling orders or closing positions for risk control before the system upgrade.
