WOO X regularly evaluates markets to ensure users are presented with adequate liquidity. After evaluation, WOO X will delist VOYA/USDT spot trading pair.
Please note:
- WOO X will suspend trading of the above pairs on June 21, 2:00 AM (UTC). All open orders will be cancelled simultaneously, and the tokens will not be eligible as collaterals.
- Deposit of VOYA will be suspended on June 21st, 2:00 AM (UTC). Deposits after this time will not be credited on WOO X. Users are strongly advised against depositing VOYA after June 21st, 2:00 AM (UTC) to prevent asset loss.
- Withdrawal of VOYA is still available until we entirely delist them from WOO X wallet on June 24th, 2:00 AM (UTC). Users are strongly advised to withdraw VOYA before June 24th, 2:00 AM (UTC) to prevent asset loss.
- If users retain the aforementioned tokens on WOO X after June 24th, 2:00 AM (UTC), WOO X MAY swap them to USDT based on the market price during the token swap period on behalf of users. Please NOTE that both the exchange and the exchange rate for converting delisted tokens to USDT are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of WOO X.
- WOO X may process the exchange and credit to respective accounts within 3 - 5 working days after the wallet service removal. Please NOTE that, this time frame is not guaranteed and may be extended at WOO X's sole discretion. Additionally, the swap will not be supported if the total value of a user’s VOYA token is less than 0.00000001 USDT.
Kindly promptly prepare in advance and adjust your positions accordingly.
