For the convenience of all WOO X users, we have customizable notifications on WOO X mobile app.
WOO X App Setting
You can change the setting in Account > Settings > Push Notifications
- Current Account Order Fill Notification: Only push notifications when the orders in the current main/sub account are filled in
- All Account Order Fill Notifications: Push notifications when the orders in the main and all the sub accounts are filled in
Please note that there will be no notifications when a market order is filled in. The notification will work for the following order types:
- Limit
- Stop Limit
- Stop market
- OCO
- Trailing stop
System Setting
If your system did not allow the WOO X app to push notifications, the Settings in WOO X app will show “Disable”.
You will be redirected to the system settings if you click on the “Disable”.
If your device does not redirect you to the system settings, you will need to manual check
