▶ Can I change or cancel my transaction?
Once the transaction is executed and a hash code is generated, it's impossible to cancel or edit any of the payment details due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and our instant payment process.
▶ Is it possible to receive a refund?
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, WOO X and the third-party provider do not offer refunds.
▶ If I cannot complete the transaction within the required timeframe, will the transaction be canceled?
If you fail the verification for some reason or you're not able to complete it on time - your payment will be automatically canceled. After canceling by the third party, your bank will release funds back to your card.
Following standard banks’ terms and policy, this process may take from 1 to 2 hours, or up to 3 business days (weekends not included).
▶ Can users use this function to convert cryptocurrencies into fiat?
No, only fiat deposits are accepted currently.
▶ Is the fiat deposit function handled by WOO?
No. WOO X does not directly process fiat currency deposits. All fiat deposits are processed 100% by our fiat service partner.
▶ Is there a minimum/maximum fiat amount that can be deposited?
Yes, please refer to Mercuryo fees and limits, and RAMP KYC limits.

▶ Why is the final price quote from the service provider different from the quote I saw on WOO?
The prices quoted on WOO X are provided by third-party service providers for reference only. Due to market movement or rounding errors, the prices on WOO X may differ from the final quotes. Please refer to the respective service providers' official websites for accurate quotes.
▶ When will I receive the cryptocurrency that I purchased?
The wait time for when cryptocurrency is deposited into your WOO X account varies based on how you add your funds, the blockchain network conditions, and the service level of the particular service provider. It may be within 1 hour after purchase, or up to 5 work days.
▶ What is the reason for the delay in receiving my cryptocurrency? Who should I contact for help?
Some reasons for the transaction delay could be:
- Failure to submit proper KYC documents during the verification process;
- Failure to complete the fiat payment process; and
- Unstable and / or congestested Blockchain network conditions at the time of processing.

▶ Will my credit card details be recorded on WOO X?
No. We do not record your card details, and the third-party service provider solely manages all data required to perform fiat deposits.
▶ Is KYC mandatory on third-party provider platforms?
Before you can deposit by fiat, you will need to complete identity verification on WOOX. Additionally, the first fiat deposit with each service provider will require another KYC verification.

▶ Can I use a card that does not belong to me?
Card purchases should be sent from an account held in your name or should identify you as a sender.
The third-party provider needs to make sure you fully control your purchases. If you cannot use your card, please reach out to your bank regarding this matter.
▶ How does my fiat transaction history look like?
Once the fiat transaction is completed, you will see two transaction histories at different spaces - one at Fiat page in Wallet, and another at Deposit page in Wallet.
▶ When will I be able to see the transaction history?
The transaction history can only be seen when the fiat deposit on Mercuryo or RAMP is completed. If you want to check the status of your fiat deposit before it’s complete, you can check your email inbox for the notification sent by Mercuryo or RAMP.
