1. Create a standard Subaccount
- Log in to your Main account.
- Click the account page, and choose Subaccounts and API at the top.
- On the Subaccount page, click the “Create Subaccount” button.
- Fill in the required information to create a Subaccount:
- Subaccount Name (Mandatory)
- Notes (Optional)
2. Create a Subaccount that can log in independently
- When creating a Subaccount, you can turn on the toggle to enable your team members to log in to the Subaccount directly:
- Fill in the information and the password to create a Subaccount:
- Subaccount Name (Mandatory)
- Notes (Optional)
- Password (Will be used to log in to the Subaccount directly through WOO X GUI)
- Email Verification Code (A verification code will be sent to your Main account’s email)
- Go back to the login page and turn on the toggle to log in with your Subaccount
(*Note: Please use the Main account’s email to log in.)
3. Set Passwords to Your Existing Subaccounts
- Click the “+” icon to add a password to your existing Subaccount
- Add the password and the verification code
- Go back to the login page and turn on the toggle to log in to the Subaccount
4. Create APIs for Subaccounts
- Once a Subaccount has been created, all the information will be shown in your Account Management Panel.
- To create the APIs for your Subaccount, please click the “Create API” button. For security reasons, you need to verify your 2FA (Main account) first to create the API Key.
5. Modify the Settings of the Subaccounts
- When the password is set, you can change the password, bind the Subaccount with Google Authenticator or delete login permission by clicking the “pencil” icon on the Account Management panel.
6. Switch Between Main and Subaccounts(Logged in)
On the Wallet page, you can switch between the main and subaccount by clicking the subaccount name above.
Mobile
You can use WOO X on the desktop to create a subaccount.
On mobile, you can switch between your main and subaccounts by accessing Account => Subaccounts.
