On September 22, WOO X will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled system upgrade. Users will not be able to access WOO X (including but not limited to mobile app, web-based app, and API users) during the upgrade.
The upgrade is expected to last 4 hours and will take place on September 22nd between 01:00 AM and 05:00 AM (UTC).

WOO X cannot guarantee that orders will be filled during the maintenance period. During that time, trading services (including but not limited to spot trading, futures trading and social trading) will be temporarily suspended.
Users must therefore make their own preparations in advance and are hereby advised to adjust their trading strategies and automated systems.
The "Cancel open orders during system upgrade" setting is available to allow users to reduce the risks posed by market volatility during system maintenance.
