You can access the Identity Verification page from [Account page] → [Identity Verification] → click [Level Up]. You can also check your current verification level and status on the page.
Please note, in compliance with local regulations, we specifically require users from Russia to verify accounts straight from Level 0 to Level 2.
Users in Ukraine can pass a simplified KYC through DIIA (Fast Verification) to Level 1 or straight to Level 2 using the standard verification method.
[Level 1] Standard Verification
Click on the option to start the verification process. You may be asked to provide personal information such as your full name.
Users can save personal information as a draft during the verification process. Kindly note that the fields marked (*) must be completed in all cases.
After filling in the personal information, please prepare your ID document for the scanning verification.
Note:
- ID: Original document, please don’t use a photocopy. Don’t cut the ID document, and don't use a filter
- Facial recognition: make sure that the lighting is sufficient and do not wear hats, or glasses, or use filters.
- Acceptable ID type - Please make sure you use one of the supported ID types while completing the scanning verification.

Prepare your identification documents. Typically, you’ll need to upload a government-issued ID card, passport, driver’s license, or residence permit. Ensure these documents are clear and not expired.

After completing the scanning verification, kindly note that it can take between 1-3 working days for WOO X compliance team to review your application. An email will be sent to notify you, that your application has been approved.
