▶ List of unsupported countries/regions

Our commitment towards proactive compliance with local regulations has restricted our ability to offer some of our services in specific countries/regions.

We will use reasonable efforts to determine if a user is from a country or region in the Unsupported Countries List through multiple means, which could include their IP address or nationality, residence or place of birth as determined by the identification documents provided to us during the user's onboarding process. Please note that, as set out in our Terms of Services, among other things:

1. if any such information or document is updated, it is the user's obligation to update such information with us as soon as possible; and
2. the user is prohibited from using our Services if he/she is a citizen or resident from a jurisdiction in the Unsupported Countries List.  It is not always possible for us to definitively determine at all times if this is the case.  It is therefore the user’s sole responsibility to refrain from using our Services in such a situation.
