- Flexible Fees: Recovery fees may vary depending on market conditions and additional operational/technical costs. We may modify the Recovery Fees and implement additional fees at our sole discretion.
- Unsupported Token/Network: Not all deposits of unsupported tokens or networks can be recovered. WOO X will reject requests if recovery is deemed infeasible.
- Extended Processing Time: Recovery of unsupported tokens or networks may exceed 60 days, depending on case complexity.
- Recovery Fee Eligibility: The value of the missing deposit must cover the recovery fee for the request to be eligible.
- No Guarantee: Recovery is not guaranteed under any circumstances. If the recovery fee has been deducted from your WOO X wallet and recovery is not possible, the fee will be refunded.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing accurate and authentic information. The storage, use, or handling of any sensitive information you provide is entirely your responsibility. We do not retain, store, or process such information beyond the immediate support session, and we have no obligation to protect, recover, or secure any information you choose to share.
- Sensitive Information: Sharing private keys, passwords, or other sensitive data is at your own risk. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and release WOO X from related claims or liabilities. We assume no responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, or compromises resulting from your disclosure of sensitive information during this support interaction.
