Campaign rules
Activity 1: Trade to win an iPhone 16!
- Campaign duration: September 11, 10:00 - September 30, 23:59 (UTC), 20 days
- Register by submitting your WOO X UID on this form during the Campaign duration. Any user who does not submit WOO X UID on this form will not be eligible.
- Participants must have a WOO Staking Tier of 1 or more during the campaign period.
- Participants need to achieve a total trading volume of at least $3,000,000 during the campaign period in order to qualify.
- Prizes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 10 users who achieve the required volume threshold.

Activity 2: Trade to redeem an iPhone 16 with WOO tokens!
- Campaign duration: September 11, 10:00 - September 30, 23:59 (UTC), 20 days
- Register by submitting your WOO X ID on this form.
- Participants need to have a WOO Staking Tier of 1 or more during the campaign period.
- Participants need to achieve a total trading volume of at least $1,000,000 during the campaign period to qualify.
- The first 10 participants to achieve the required trading volume will be eligible to redeem an iPhone 16 for 1,800 WOO tokens.
- Redemption methods will be provided to winners upon the conclusion of the campaign.
- If a user does not exchange and send 1,800 WOO to the address within the period designated by WOO X for the iPhone, prizes will be offered to the next eligible user.

Notes
- Volume from spot or perpetual futures pairs will be counted towards total volume, excluding stablecoin pairs including but not limited to USDC/USDT, DAI/USDT or USDC-PERP.
- Participants must have a WOO Staking Tier of 1 or more during the campaign period. Staking snapshots will be taken at random times throughout the campaign. Any user who does not have a WOO Staking Tier of 1 or more when screenshotting will not be eligible.
- Participants can only win once in the ‘iTrade for iPhone’ campaign. Registering for multiple events does not entitle you to prizes from more than one campaign. If a user meets the criteria for both activities, priority will be given to rewards for Activity 1.
- The trading volume from both main and sub-accounts may be combined.
- Winners will be notified via email and in-app notifications within 14 business days after the event concludes. Winners are required to provide the required shipping details by [deadline] or will be deemed ineligible for rewards. Winners may need to provide their name, phone number, address and any additional information required for prize delivery during the period designated by WOO X for prize delivery. Winners must provide information consistent with their KYC details. WOO X reserves the right to set an expiration date for providing winners’ information, after which unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.
- The prize is a 128GB iPhone 16. It cannot be exchanged for other rewards, bonuses, or upgraded to a higher-level product. Specific colors are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
- Before participating in the campaign, ensure that Apple offers sales services in your country and that your delivery address is covered by the Apple online store. Due to iPhone system limitations, WOO X cannot ship internationally. If Apple has sales services in your country but hasn’t released the iPhone 16 to the market by the end of 2024, you will receive an equivalent amount of WOO tokens as a replacement reward by January 31, 2025. The price of WOO will be calculated based on the 3-day average closing price on WOO X, as of the Activity End Date
- If Apple does not provide sales services in your jurisdiction, reward eligibility will be forfeited, and no equivalent reward will be offered.
- All rewards will be distributed at the time designated by WOO X. WOO X reserves the right to modify the distribution timeline at its sole discretion. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay. WOO X shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from delays, withhold, or cancellation in reward distribution.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their account details are up to date and accurate to receive rewards. WOO X is not responsible for failed distributions due to incorrect or outdated user information.
- All reward distributions are subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations. WOO X reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel reward distributions if required by legal or regulatory obligations.
- WOO X does not manufacture, sell, or distribute iPhones. We do not provide any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the quality, functionality, or completeness of any iPhone devices. WOO X shall not be held liable for any defects, malfunctions, incompleteness, or quality issues related to iPhones. We do not assume any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of iPhones.
Terms and conditions
All users and participants of the campaign accept that:
- He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration.
- API, 2B, and KYB users are not eligible for this campaign. If you are a 2B or institutional user and wish to participate, please contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
- WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
- Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
- WOO Ｘ reserves the right to change the above-mentioned timeline at its discretion, in particular, to end the event earlier or later.
- In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
- Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
