1. Trade to earn: Trade to share a $14,000 USDT prize pool
- All users who complete NEIRO/USDT trades, and meet the specific trading volume requirements indicated in the table above on WOO X during the activity period are eligible to share the stated prize pools.
- Users with a staking tier of at least 1 on WOO X can receive up to a 2x reward.
- The prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if a user has accumulated a particular tier in NEIRO/USDT trading volume and the corresponding prize pool has been fully allocated, they will be moved down into the lower tiers to share the remaining prizes in those tiers, until the "Trade to earn" prize pools are fully allocated.
- Each user can only win once; rewards from different thresholds cannot be combined.
2. Learn and earn: Complete the quiz for a chance to win a share of $3,000 in USDT
- 60 randomly-picked winners will win an equal share of the $3,000 USDT prize pool.
- Users are required to complete level-1 KYC and trade any amount of NEIRO/USDT during the campaign period in order to qualify for eligibility.
- Users need to follow the steps required to complete the quiz here.
- Rewards are distributed automatically to the user’s WOO X account.
- The winners of the Learn & Earn campaign will be selected solely by WOO X. Any winners list or recommendations provided by third parties will not be considered.

- Each eligible user can only win once per activity; trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation.
- Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the prize pools have been fully allocated to all eligible participants.

- Participation is open only to WOO X account holders who are in compliance with the campaign rules. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

- All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay or claim any losses of whatsoever kind for any reasons.
- All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in USDT. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDT throughout the campaign documentation.
- Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
- 2B and API traders are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant that is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or violating these Terms and Conditions. WOO X reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time at its sole discretion.
- WOO X reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice in the event of any circumstances that may impair the integrity or proper function of the campaign.

- Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this campaign or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.
- WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions of this campaign. Any decision made by WOO X in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to rule amendments, prize distribution, and eligibility of participants, is final and binding on all participants.
