In order to withdraw your assets from WOO X, kindly follow the steps below :
- Visit the WOO X website and log in to your account
- After logging in, click on the wallet icon on the upper left side of the page.
- Choose the token/coin that you want to withdraw, and click on Withdraw button.
In this example, we will use USDC. -
Enter the recipient's USDC address, select the network, and specify the amount to withdraw.
Ensure you double-check the address and network before proceeding.
Note that withdrawal fees are automatically calculated, so you will know the exact fee and the amount you will receive after the withdrawal is completed.
- After you click on Withdraw, you will be redirected to the verification window.
Once you have reviewed everything, you can click on Confirm and send.
Perfect, your withdrawal request has been submitted!
You can check the details and status of your transaction in the withdrawal tab of your transaction history.
IMPORTANT
- If you choose to withdraw USDC, please ensure you withdraw it to a USDC-compatible address at the destination (wallet/exchange).
- If one of your account balances (main or sub) is negative, the withdrawal will be disabled.
- When transferring USDC to other platforms, enter the USDC deposit address of the destination platform (similar to filling in the recipient's card number for a bank transfer).
- For wallet withdrawals, open the recipient's wallet, click on "payment" or "recharge," and obtain the corresponding receiving address.
- Confirm with the platform/wallet of the receiving address before withdrawing to avoid issues due to incorrect network selection.

If you have completed level 1 identity verification, your withdrawal limit is set to 50 BTC every 24 hours until you complete level 2 verification.
