▶ Incorrect deposit retrieval process

If you wish to submit a recovery request after an incorrect or not received deposit, kindly contact us here and provide the following information: 

1. Token name
2. Chain/Network
3. Withdrawal/Deposit address
4. Amount 
5. Transaction ID
6. Memo/Tag(If applicable)

Please note that WOO X cannot always guarantee a successful outcome. Not all deposits are recoverable. 

1. WOO X will initially evaluate and assess if the recovery is feasible. If it is decided that a recovery will be attempted, WOO X will attempt a recovery, but a successful outcome is not and cannot be guaranteed.
2. A recovery fee may be applied. The recovery fee will be deducted from the deposit that WOO X will credit to the customer's wallet.
3. The recovery process is manual and will take up to 15 working days to complete, in some cases the process may be even longer.
